• Reem Central Park is part of Reem Island Concept Integrated Master Plan (CIMP) and will form the center of recreation and leisure with Shams development of Reem Island.
• The Site covers an area of 78,378m² of land with a length of approximately 200m. The Site is bordered on three sides by residential and commercial towers, and open to the canal and mangroves system of the Abu Dhabi Island on the other.
• The project shall consist of a park, retail and mosque.
• The park will incorporate a range of amenities, including sports facilities and distinctive features for residents of Shams and visitors alike. The park will enhance the proposed canal and accentuate the beach front promenade. The existing canal structural to the west part of the Site will be demolished and replaced with park land.
• The retail development of 7,500 m² GFA will be provided within the close proximity to the beach front with connectivity to the beach, park and mosque. The retail development will have associated parking. The promenade will be predominantly F&B.
