Features

The nature of work may vary according to requirements of each work order. Possible works under the
following major items;
 Construction of Hard and Soft Landscape Works and Irrigation Systems as instructed in the work order.
 Construction of storm water drainage gravity pipelines of various materials/diameters. Certain length may
be constructed by non-disruptive methods.
 The construction of pressure pipelines of 100mm to 400mm diameter. Certain lengths may be constructed
by non- disruptive methods.
 Construction of valve chambers, thrust blocks, and all associated works required to make the force mains
complete as instructed by the Work order.
 Abandonment and demolition of existing works.
 The provision of all materials.
 Miscellaneous works.
 Testing Commissioning of all works.
 Maintenance of the works for a period of 365 days.
