1. Design Works
2. Softscape works
• Removal and disposal of existing landscape works, disposal to ADM designated area or as directed by the Client
• Construction of mound
• Supply and install ground covers/plants

3. Hardscape Works
• Removal and disposal of existing fountains, disposal to ADM store/ dumping area or as directed by the Client
• Interlocking / paving tiles including kerb edging
• Plastic edging
• Supply and install gravel
• Construction of separation wall
• Fencing, boundary walls and railings

4. Irrigation Works
• The construction of irrigation pipelines and fittings of various materials and diameters as required.
• Tie-in connections with the existing network including maintaining the existing system in running conditions.
• Disconnection and disposal (as directed by Client) of old irrigation networks if required
• All other works, which may be incidental or necessary for the completion of works.
• Testing and commissioning.

5.Lighting Works
• Supply, installation and commissioning of landscape lightings
• Supply, installation and commissioning of beatification lightings
